In spite of the continuation of slanders and threats against Russian President Putin, coming from War Hawks in London, Washington and NATO, he wrote an article designed to build on the baby steps away from nuclear war from his Geneva summit with Biden. We must not allow “the burden of past misunderstandings” prevent us from “concentrating on the challenges at hand,” he wrote. While there is momentum toward dialogue, the imperial war hawks will stubbornly pursue provocative actions, until they are removed from any positions of power and influence. If we learned anything from the Geneva summit, it is that we must create a movement among citizens to reinforce the conclusion that no one can win a nuclear war.

What do California and Texas have in common? Both states, despite many apparent differences, have adopted so-called free market policies to deregulate energy production and distribution, which favor private sector speculative swindlers over the public need for cheap, efficient and reliable energy.
Both states also went “Green”, shutting down coal-fired and nuclear plants, in favor of inefficient windmills and solar parks. That’s why California had blackouts last summer, and Texans are freezing in the dark right now! This is a foretaste of what the Davos’ Great Reset and Green New Deal is setting in motion for the rest of the country and the nations of the European Union, if we don’t mobilize to reject this anti-human idiocy.
The future is being shaped by the battle between two Paradigms: One, that of the unilateralist insistence, directed from London and Washington, that all nations must give up sovereignty and submit to the phony Rules-Based Order of imperial financial dictators; or move into an era defined by peaceful cooperation for mutual benefit. The world is currently trapped in the former, but signs exist that the latter can be brought into being, depending on the courage and creativity of citizens in moving governments to act in the interests of the people of sovereign republics, rather than bow down to an imperial oligarchy. With 4 million Texans shivering in the dark last night as blackouts swept the state, no media will tell you why this is happening, but we will: It is the result of more than 40 years of neoliberal policies which deregulated energy markets for speculative profits — remember Enron? — and Green policies, which are shutting down coal, oil and gas and nuclear energy production facilities, and replacing them with less efficient, less reliable, more costly systems, such as windmills and solar panels.
In Texas, which now gets 23% of its electricity needs from wind generators, the turbines froze, dramatically reducing electricity supply. The Davos “Great Reset” and “Green New Deal” will greatly increase the killing, unless we stop it!
While some blindly believed that the United Kingdom under Prime Minister Johnson would form an alliance with the U.S. based on the shared national interests of two sovereign states, nothing could be further from the truth.
The British Empire was a major part of the regime change operation against President Trump, and against Russia and China. Johnson’s embrace of Biden is a naked example of traditional imperial policy, of enlisting the muscle of the U.S. to impose the heinous policies of the Empire, which is still directed by the City of London. Today, that means the population reduction plans of the Great Reset and the global Green New Deal, which are key to Johnson’s plans for “Global Britain.”
The meeting today in Geneva has been played down by both sides. Yet, the fact they are meeting is significant. It comes in the midst of worsening relations between the U.S. and Russia. And it follows a not-fully successful effort by the Anglo-American geopolitical War Hawks to pull the “Alliance of Democratic States” into an agreement for heightened confrontation with Russia and China. While some of the rhetoric was harsh, with wild accusations against both states, it is also clear that not everyone was buying into the idea that more sanctions and bluster against them would accomplish anything, especially when no real evidence backing the charges against Putin and Xi has been presented. In the absence of a solid front in favor of heightened confrontation against Russia and China, is it possible that an actual dialogue might begin?
Instead of engaging the leaders of Russia and China in a serious deliberation on what to do about the multiplicity of crises affecting the world, the G7 and NATO leaders put forward a series of unserious, if not downright lunatic proposals, during their confabs over the last days. Their proposals for global infrastructure and battling the COVID pandemic were not serious, but instead would continue the policies which have left infrastructure — including that of public health — incapable of serving the needs of nations and their people. As for their strategic communique, it is more of the same false accusations against Russia and China, to justify military buildup and geopolitical confrontation. In the last days, spaceships launched by the United Arab Emirates and China entered Mars orbit. Next week, NASA’s Perseverance Mission will join them, as they will all engage in projects preparing for future missions, including landing human beings on Mars.
These bold projects demonstrate what is possible when nations direct physical resources and human creativity to missions of discovery, with potentially great benefits to all mankind. In contrast, the self-proclaimed “greatest deliberative body” in the world, the U.S. Senate, is engaged in a show trial, a highly partisan exercise designed to isolate former President Trump, demonizing him and his supporters, and further polarize the nation.
