President Trump has made improving relations with Russia and China a priority of his first year in office, despite desperate measures taken by the imperial oligarchy and the use of geopolitical machinations to stop him. In reviewing the deepening civilizational crisis confronting humanity, Helga Zepp LaRouche, in her weekly webcast, kept returning to the central cause of the systemic collapse: the stupidity of those who continue to push geopolitical and neoliberal policies, long after they have failed completely. For example, take the Coronavirus pandemic. Our emphasis has been that what is required is a worldwide health “Silk Road”, as the cause of the pandemic has been the economic policies of the last forty years which have destroyed health care in much of the advanced sector, and never allowed it to be developed in the former colonial nations.

This is the same problem with the global economic collapse. According to the IMF, and several reports from economic think tanks, we are headed toward what one called an “economic apocalypse.” The only way to address this is the way the Schiller Institute will in its conference this Saturday, with a mobilization to bring the four most powerful nations together to establish a New Bretton Woods. The anti-China hysteria coming from leading governments goes in the opposite direction, typified by the anti-China photo op stunt of U.S. negotiator Billingslea — though the summit itself between Russia and the U.S. on arms control was constructive. The last third of her discussion was a thorough report on Russian President Putin’s article on the lessons of World War II. Everyone should read this, she advised, especially those who will be participating in the June 27 SI Conference, as Putin made clear that there is a way to avoid an even greater disaster than World War II, and that is by recognizing that staying in a geopolitical geometry will lead to war — therefore, nations must come together to collaborate, to solve the outstanding issues among them.

With one provocation after another, each more transparently false than the previous one, the war faction of City of London imperial oligarchs and their Wall Street neo-con/neo-lib partners continue their efforts to sabotage the potential of the New Paradigm, which is emerging in Eurasia to be a worldwide movement, with breathtaking speed. Though Russiagate, the Skripal poisoning, and the Douma chemical weapons False Flag hoax have been exposed as originating in the diseased minds of British intelligence circles, they are at it again, with Bibi Netanyahu claiming he has “proof” that Iran never ended its nuclear program, attempting to trap the U.S. into yet another disastrous war in the Middle East, and possible nuclear confrontation with Russia.

It is not enough to expose each fraud as it emerges. The unique role of the Schiller Institute, especially through the global role played by our founder, Helga Zepp LaRouche, is to focus attention on the intent of those engaging in these provocations, to pre-empt them from fulfilling that intent, which is to keep the world divided, at war, so that a unilateral degenerate Trans-Atlantic “elite” can remain the dominant power in the world.

Trump’s stated intent continues to be to forge good, cooperative relations with Russia and China; those trying to remove him are driven by a desperate understanding that, if Trump succeeds in bringing the U.S. into collaboration with Russia and China, their old paradigm, based on geopolitical manipulation, and the wars which are an essential part of it, will be swept away, and the empire of worthless financial instruments and debt will be collapsed on their heads.

Russian and Chinese leaders have issued clear warnings of the dangers implicit in the insane “national security strategy” being pushed by the neo-cons, even while continuing to seek cooperative engagement with the United States, to address problems with North Korea, the Near East and Ukraine. The fantastic progress demonstrated by China’s fight to eradicate poverty at home, and the potential for real economic development of the world’s less-developed nations, through its global initiative, the New Silk Road, are rallying nations from Africa, South America, Asia and Europe into an unstoppable alliance.

The next days offer opportunities for building further momentum for the New Paradigm, from Trump’s appearance in the Swiss Alps at Davos, and in his January 30 State of the Union address, as well as in the meeting on Syrian reconstruction at Sochi. Webcast: False Flags, Fake News, Regime Change In Washington Exposed As Made In London

With each passing day, revelations are emerging which show that not only are the “news stories” proliferating in the media about Presidents Trump, Putin, Xi, and Syria’s Assad full of lies, but come from London-directed networks, which are out to sabotage the potential for peace through development, which is the aim of the new “win-win” paradigm which is emerging with the New Silk Road global program. These networks, centered in the City of London, British intelligence and the May government provided blatantly false reports on the Skripal poisoning and the alleged chemical weapons attack in Syria. Working with Macron of France, they pushed for an attack on Syria and Russia, before an investigation was begun, much less completed.

These are the same networks which are “colluding” with U.S. intelligence circles associated with the Obama administration, to carry out a regime change in Washington, D.C.

Due to their deceit, the world edged closer to World War III, with the strikes last Friday, April 13, against Syria. While the attacks were limited this time, probably due to the influence of Trump, Defense Secretary Mattis and Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Dunford, as well as clear warnings coming from Moscow, these networks will not stop until they have successfully carried out regime change in Washington and Damascus, as well as in Moscow and Beijing.

Webcast: Time to Shut Down British Imperial Operations!

In an article in {Consortium News} on January 11, Ray McGovern, leader of the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) and a former high-level CIA intelligence analyst, wrote that it is evident to all except those blinded by their hatred for President Trump, that a “soft-coup” is underway, directed by British intelligence and its U.S. allies, to drive him out of office. The purpose of “regime change” in the U.S. is to preserve the geopolitical machinations of its coordinators, even if it means putting the world on a course toward nuclear war. The “missile alert” in Hawaii last week should be a reminder of how perilously close we are to nuclear annihilation.

The Schiller Institute has been joined by leaders of the VIPS in exposing this coup, in several recent public events in New York City. In his article, McGovern points to the importance of “former” MI-6 operative Steele’s fraudulent dossier in running the coup. McGovern calls on Congress to take on the “J. Edgar Hoover-style blackmail on steroids, enabled by electronic surveillance of just about everything and everyone….” As more evidence of FBI corruption is pouring out, he says that “Russiagate is becoming FBI-gate.”

Putting an end to the fraudulent attacks of Russiagate, which target not only Trump, but the leaders and nations of Russia and China, would open the door for full U.S. cooperation with the Belt-and-Road initiative. This would put an end to the era of confrontational imperial geopolitics, which is what China’s President Xi means when he speaks of “win-win” collaboration.

She spoke of the significance of the China-Africa summit, taking on disease and hunger, as an example of what is possible with cooperation.

She also pointed to Putin’s comments on the Maidan-style coup, which he forecast in early 2017 would be deployed to stop Trump, to demonstrate that Putin and Xi are aware of the coup, and differentiate between Trump and the coup plotters. Webcast: British False Flag Provocations Put War Danger At “Red Alert” Level

As this announcement goes out, midday on the U.S. East Coast on April 10, there is a “red alert” over the possibility of general war breaking out in the days ahead, due to a series of provocations coming from the highest levels of the British Empire. As the attempt to blame Russia for the alleged poisoning of British double agent Skripal and his daughter collapsed, when experts from the U.K.’s chemical weapons lab at Porton Down could not confirm that the substance used against the Skripals came from Russia, the London-based “White Helmets” were trotted out, claiming — without evidence — that Syrian government forces used chemical weapons in East Ghouta, This triggered calls in the UN Security Council for action against Syria, but also against Iran and Russia, coming from the Brits, the French, and neo-cons in the U.S.

The third provocation was the raid on the office of President Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, based on a referral from Special Counsel Robert Mueller, related to charges against Trump coming from porn star Stormy Daniels. Though Mueller’s investigation of Cohen has nothing to do with allegations that Trump colluded with Putin to win the 2016 election, the origin of all three provocations are the same — all are part of the campaign by City of London imperial forces, and their Wall Street neo-con allies, to prevent Trump from succeeding in his campaign promises to end regime-change wars, and to form a positive collaborative relationship with Russia’s President Putin.

In opening a three-day visit to China, French President Emmanuel Macron declared that, with the reinvention of the ancient Silk Road, which he called a “treasure of civilization,” China “has accomplished a dream.” As China has lifted 700 million out of poverty, he said, the Chinese can now come to Europe, to help accomplish the same there. Remember, Macron stressed, the Belt-and-Road Initiative (BRI) works both ways. “The ancient Silk Roads were never only Chinese. By definition, these roads can only be shared. If they are roads, they cannot be ‘one way.'”

With these words, Macron is echoing a call made a week earlier by Helga Zepp LaRouche on her weekly webcast, when she called on European governments to become active participants in BRI projects with China, to address the growing levels of poverty in Europe.. Mrs. Zepp LaRouche emphasized that, due to the economic policies of China’s President Xi Jinping, there are now many fewer people living below the poverty level in China than in Europe. She noted today that Macron’s message from China will send shock waves throughout the world, as it represents a reversal of policy.
