May 2015

Helga Zepp-LaRouche holds the EIR Special Report, The New Silk Road Becomes the World Land-Bridge..

May 22, 2015 (EIRNS)--Helga Zepp-LaRouche will be one of the featured speakers in an all-day international videoconference to be held in Lima, Peru on May 28, sponsored by the ADECAEM (the Association of Graduates of the Center for Superior Military Studies). The conference will take up the global battle between the dying trans-Atlantic financial system and the New Paradigm being put in place by the BRICS nations. It occurs in the immediate aftermath of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's four-nation tour of South America (including Peru), which has generated enormous interest and excitement around the joint development projects agreed upon, including the construction of a trans-continental railroad linking the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of South America.

Mrs. Zepp-LaRouche will address the meeting via a pre-recorded video-presentation on "The New Silk Road Becomes the World Land-Bridge," and then participate in a live Q&A session with the audience by videoconference hook-up.

Dr. Liu Youfa, former vice president of the China Institute of International Studies (CIIS), the highly respected think-tank associated with the Chinese Foreign Ministry, will also address the event from Beijing, on the subject of The BRICS Process and the Development of Peru and South America.

EIR's Dennis Small will discuss "Why the United States should reject the TPP and join the BRICS," and EIR's Lima correspondent Luis Vasquez will talk about "Peru's Role in Ibero-American Integration and the World Land-Bridge."

Various ADECAEM representatives will also speak, including its president, Brig. Gen. (r) Juan Luis Autero Villagarcia, Brig. Gen. (r) Hector Chumpitasi Calderon, and Col. (r) Jorge Estremadoyro.
