Elodie Viennot, of the LYM in France, addressed the principle of Classical composition, as shown in Bach’s “Jesu, meine Freude.” The LYM chorus, under the baton of Stefan Tolksdorf, sang excerpts to illustrate her points, and then sang the entire motet again. This was followed by the second set of the Schubert Trios Op. 100, performed by Steve Kramer/Denmark (Cello), Kwame Cole/Jamaica (Violin), Benjamin Telmányi Lylloff/Denmark (Piano).
